Our ERG headshot events are incredibly easy to arrange. Our streamlined workflow means that your members will instantly receive their professionally retouched headshots in a private gallery. With no scheduling or appointments required, we’ll handle the logistics to make your event a seamless success. All we need from you is a space to set up and a Wi-Fi connection.

We partnered with UKTV, a leading multi-channel broadcaster, to deliver a premium headshot experience. As part of their workplace initiatives, our mission was to provide professional headshots that not only updated their visual assets but also actively contributed to their employees’ confidence and professional development—a powerful example of how our events build morale and provide lasting value.
As part of our ongoing Workplace initiative and HowWeWork commitment to Develop & Grow, we invited James and Donna in to refresh some team headshots — helping those that took part to boost their confidence and put their best (and most professional picture I’ve ever had taken!) face forward… and they absolutely delivered. They were brilliant with the team, super friendly and made the whole process relaxed and enjoyable.
I had an amazing photoshoot with James to renew the leadership team headshots for the company website. He was professional, friendly, and flexible, making the whole experience great. The photos turned out fantastic and high-quality. He provided great direction and kept the session quick and to the point.
We worked with James on a corporate photography portrait project over several weeks. We found him to be very professional, organised and structured in his work and delivered on our high expectations. His communication was good, and many of the subjects commented on how James made them relaxed and comfortable.

What happens on the day?
We arrive at your chosen location, set up our professional lighting and backdrop, and are ready to shoot. Members can walk up at their leisure to have their photo taken. The session is quick, easy, and designed to be a fun experience for everyone.
Is this difficult to plan?
Not at all. Our ERG headshot events are designed to be effortless for you to organise. We handle all the logistics on the day, and our only requirements from you are a space to set up and a Wi-Fi connection.
How does everyone get their image?
Every member receives their images in a private online gallery that only they have access to. They get a link to their gallery instantly upon leaving the set, allowing them to view and select their favorites for retouch.
How long does it take to get everyone's images to them?
Members have instant access to their unedited images in their private gallery. These can be downloaded and used right away- they also have the opportunity to select their favourite image for retouching. After they make their selections, we professionally retouch and deliver the final high-resolution images within 48 hours.
