It’s ideal if you have a handful of people to photograph or simply prefer to come to us. We offer the same consistent lighting, professional retouching and relaxed experience as we do on location. We’ve designed our staff headshot service to be completely hassle-free from initial planning through to final delivery.

When you first get in touch, we’ll discuss your team size, location, preferred style and any scheduling requirements. We can photograph up to 500 people in a single day, so even large teams can usually be accommodated with minimal disruption to your business.

On the day, we arrive early to set up our complete portable studio, including professional lighting and backdrops. We only need a relatively small space, access to two power sockets and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Each team member receives access to their own secure private gallery, where they can view their images and select their preferred photograph for retouching. This removes the need for anyone internally to organise contact sheets, chase selections or match files to names.

Once selections have been made, the chosen images are professionally retouched and delivered directly to each person. We also provide your designated contact with a complete folder of correctly named files for easy internal use.

Every staff headshot package includes everything needed for a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. We bring a complete portable studio to your workplace, including professional lighting and a choice of backdrops, and photograph each team member individually.

For larger teams, we include one fully retouched image per person as standard, while smaller teams receive two retouched images each. Every image comes with unlimited commercial usage rights, and we’ll deliver your files in whatever format you need—whether that’s optimised for LinkedIn, your website, print or internal systems.

No problem. Many of our clients use our Virtual Headshots service to photograph team members who are working remotely, off sick, on maternity leave or simply unavailable on the day of the shoot.
