Is there a limit to how many employees you can photograph?
We have yet to turn a project away due to the number of employees. We have worked with many businesses with 1000+ members of staff. We even have solutions available for getting consistent images of remote team members.
Where do you provide this service?
Our staff headshot photography service is completely mobile and we cover the entire UK.
What is included with your staff photography packages?
By default, we include all of your RAW (unedited) images from your staff photography sessions, and a fully retouched image of each person. For smaller teams we include two retouches of each person. You get unlimited usage rights to the images, so can use them for whatever purpose you require. We will send you the images in whatever format/file size you need (for example, if they are for LinkedIn profiles, we will send them under 8mb in size).

What's the process?
Prior to agreeing dates, we will work with you to decide how many days we will need to capture your team. This can be done on consecutive days or we can split the dates up. We will work with you to plan all of the logistics ensuring that when it’s time to shoot, everything runs like a well-oiled machine! On the first day of shooting, we will arrive early to set up. In advance of the first session, we will have agreed the style of photography you would like us to capture. James has honed his workflow over two decades and has an intuitive system that organises the files and captures each persons email address while he shoots- meaning there are no headaches after the shoot when it comes to distributing files.
