How many students can you photograph per day?
Our process for high volume headshot sessions has been perfected since we started out in 2016 to the point where we can comfortably photograph 500 students per day.
Where do you provide this service?
Our on-campus headshot days take place at universities across the entire UK.
What's included with your on campus headshot day packages?
By default, we include one retouched image per student, which is sent to them directly a day or two after the shoot has taken place. Each student will be photographed by James, our award-winning headshot phootgrapher. We also capture data as part of the process, and this can be customised to your needs.

- Full portable studio set up incl. backdrops and lighting

- One fully retouched image per student

Is this easy to organise? What's the process?
Our on-campus headshot days are incredibly easy to organise and once booked, the entire process is managed by us. All we need from you is a space to shoot! Prior to booking, we will go through the entire process with you, as there are a few options in regards to how the images will be shot and distributed to everyone.
In advance of the first shoot day, we will send you a QR code to a link where students can register for their headshot. On the first day of shooting, we will arrive early to set up- this takes around two hours. Throughout the day, everyone that comes to us can select their image to be retouched. After the shoot, all of the images are retouched and delivered to each student directly within 48 hours.
How much do on-campus headshot days cost?
Our on-campus headshot day pricing varies depending on the volume of students you anticipate we are going to be photographing. If we are shooting students from a single course or department, we may well only photograph 50 students in a day. For university-wide headshot days, where we can shoot hundreds of students per day, our pricing is below:
- 1 day – £1650
- 2 days – £2805
- 3 days – £3960
- 4 days – £4950
