Very easy! All we need is a space to set up, access to two standard power sockets, and internet connectivity—we take care of the rest. We have a variety of modular studio footprints and can work with almost any stand or venue size. To keep the crowd perfectly managed, we can also provide our own sleek queue barriers, allowing your team to easily have conversations with waiting delegates.

How much stand space is required?

Our systems are completely modular. A standard, fully equipped live activation footprint typically requires around 4m x 3m to allow for optimal guest flow, our lighting equipment, and our kiosk. However, we can easily adapt and scale our footprint down to custom configurations for smaller exhibition booths or intimate venues.
