How easy is this to organise?

Very easy! All we need is a space to set up and we take care of the rest. We have a variety of different set ups, and can work with almost any stand size.

We recommend also looking at queue barriers, as it helps keep the crowd organised during the show and makes it easier for you to have conversations with queuing delegates.

How much stand space is required?

We need around a 6x3m of space to get the best results. If you are integrating the headshot booth into an existing stand space, you would be best with a 20×20 stand (putting us in a corner) or 10×10 and we can work side by side. That said, we have in the past squeezed ourselves into a 3x3m shell scheme.

We also ask that you provide access to WiFi (for our data capture system) and a high table for our team to use.

What's the process?

On the first day of your event, we will arrive early to set up at your stand. For larger venues, we may do this the night before.

Once the event is live, as people come for their free headshot, they are asked to scan a QR code and fill in their details so that they can receive their headshots. The data captured over the course of your event is of course shared with you afterwards in the form of a spreadsheet.

In regards to image delivery, there are a couple of options. The most popular is for us to instantly deliver the headshots to each person via a private gallery. Guests can download their images moments after they have been photographed and use them on platforms such as LinkedIn. They also have the option to purchase retouching. Alternatively, retouching can be included for each guest (this is billed to you at the end of the event based on how many people we have photographed). Some clients have also opted for us to not send live from the event, and wait until a couple of days after or even deliver the images themselves.

Before booking a professional headshot booth, we will advise you on the best option for your event.

How many people can be photographed per day?

Speed is key at trade shows so that you can capture as much data and engage with as many people as possible. We are capable of shooting 500 people per day comfortably. That’s a lot of leads and a lot of conversations!

How much do trade show headshot booths cost?

Our Expo Headshot Booth pricing is as follows:

  • 1 day – £1650
  • 2 days – £2805
  • 3 days – £3960
  • 4 days – £4950

Retouching, which is optional, is charged at £25 per image. The above costs exclude travel and expenses. For expos outside of the UK, travel and accommodation must be either arranged by the client or paid for in advance.
