How easy is this to organise?
Very easy! All we need is a space to set up, one power socket and wifi access and we take care of the rest! We have a variety of different set ups, and can work with almost any stand size.
We recommend also looking at queue barriers, as it helps keep the crowd organised during the show and makes it easier for you to have conversations with queuing delegates.
How much stand space is required?
We can work in practically any stand size. For the best results, we recommend around a 6x3m of space. If you are integrating the headshot booth into an existing stand space, you would be best with a 20×20 stand (putting us in a corner) or 10×10 and we can work side by side. That said, we have in the past squeezed ourselves into a 3x3m shell scheme.
We are happy to consult with you prior to the event in regards to the best positioning. Ideally, it’s always best if our ‘backdrop’ is built into part of your stand, but we have various types of backdrop if this is not possible.

What's the process?
On the first day of your event, we will arrive early to set up at your stand. For larger venues, we may do this the night before during rigging.
Once the event is live, as people come for their free headshot, they are asked to scan a QR code and fill in their details so that they can receive their headshots. The data captured over the course of your event is of course shared with you afterwards in the form of a spreadsheet. A Headshot Company assistant is included as standard, who will help drive traffic to the booth.
In regards to image delivery, there are a couple of options. As standard, each guests’ images will be delivered to them directly a day after the event ends. The most popular option though, is for us to instantly deliver the headshots to each person via a private gallery so that they have immediate access to them. Some clients have also opted for us to not send live from the event, and wait until a couple of days after or even deliver the images themselves. We are also able to offer automatic retouching to every image- this is a subtle retouch, but makes the images appear a lot more polished.

What's included?
As standard, we include an award-winning photographer (James), an assistant to organise the queue and drive traffic, portable studio set up/breakdown and data capture. We supply you with the captured data at the end of the event (or at the end of each day if you prefer) and distribute the images to each guest individually after the event. You also have the option to add on custom signup forms, branded galleries, instant delivery, automatic retouching, a live feed monitor and additional team members who will drive traffic to the booth. How many people can be photographed per day?
Speed is key at trade shows so that you can capture as much data and engage with as many people as possible. We are capable of shooting 500 people per day comfortably. That’s a lot of leads and a lot of conversations!
How much do trade show headshot booths cost?
Our Expo Headshot Booth pricing is as follows:
- 1 day – from £1650
- 2 days – from £2805
- 3 days – from £3960
- 4 days – from £4950
The above costs exclude travel and expenses. For expos outside of the UK, travel and accommodation must be either arranged by the client or paid for in advance and there is a minimum booking of three days.
