Team Meet Ups FAQ

How easy is this to organise?

Very easy! All we need is a space to set up and we take care of the rest. We handle everything from the retouch selection process to delivering everyone’s images. It’s also worth noting that many venues in the UK will give you a space for shooting headshots at no cost if you are already paying them to host your corporate event.

What's the process?

On the first day of your team meet up, we will arrive early to set up at your venue. As team members come to us for their headshot, they are asked to scan a QR code and fill in their details so that they can receive their images. While we are shooting, the images are instantly uploaded straight from the camera to their private gallery. After their session, they are immediately able to review their images and choose their favourite shot for retouching. Once we have everyone’s selects, these images are retouched and sent to them directly. We are also able to send a bulk folder of the correctly named images from the shoot to whoever may require it.

How many people can be photographed per day?

We are able to comfortably photograph 100 people per day, leaving them with a varied gallery of images to choose from.
