Workplace Experience Headshot Events
Boost your staff’s confidence, productivity, communication and engagement with a workplace experience headshot event.
Create a sense of community.
Headshot photography events can help to create a sense of community in the workplace. When employees head to the office for a headshot session, it gives them a chance to meet each other and connect on a personal level. This can help to create a more positive and collaborative work environment.

Encourage communication
When employees have a professional headshot, they are more likely to use it on their Slack profile, LinkedIn profile and other platforms. This can help to improve communication and collaboration within the company and also externally. Statistics show that LinkedIn members with a photo receive far more engagement: twenty-one times more profile views and nine times more connection requests.

Boost CONFIDENCE
Getting a professional headshot can be a confidence-boosting experience for employees. Especially when the session is carried out by an experienced photographer and the finished images have been professionally retouched. A session with us leaves people feeling good about how they look, which can lead to increased morale and productivity.

Workplace Experience Headshots FAQ
Workplace Experience Headshots FAQ
How can this help my business?

- Engaged employees are 87% less likely to leave their job
- Companies with high employee engagement levels see 43% less staff turnover
- Companies with more engaged employees see a 21% increase in profitability
- Businesses with more engaged employees are 17% more productive
What happens on the day?
Prior to arriving and setting up, we work closely with you to tailor an experience for your business specifically. As well as how you want the images to look, we will decide other factors such as how much time we will spend with each employee. On the first day, we will arrive early to set up the lighting and backdrop, and then we start shooting! Each person will be coached by our photographer, James, who is renowned for getting people to feel comfortable having their photo taken and getting the best out of everyone! James will take a series of images of each person, from which the best image is fully retouched so everyone is looking their absolute best! The images will be delivered instantly to their inbox in a private gallery where they can download their images right away and even select one image for professional retouching!
Is this difficult to plan?
Absolutely not. We are highly experienced in photographing large numbers of people for companies and are happy to give guidance on the best approach for your business. Logistically, it is very easy to plan in our workplace experience headshot events as we often adopt an ‘open-door’ approach. For example, for a business of 400 employees we would shoot over two days, and the schedule for each day would look like this:
slot 1 9am-11am – 100 employees
slot 2 11am-1pm –100 employees
slot 3 2pm-3pm – 100 employees
slot 4 3pm-5pm –100 employees
Everyone in the business is assigned one of the four slots and can come at any time during that window. Having said that, it doesn’t matter if people come to us later or earlier- assigning them slots just avoids a mad rush at lunchtime!
All we need from you is a space to set up and access to power and wifi.
How does everyone get their image?
When each person arrives, we ask them to scan a QR code to register for their session. Our system then automatically creates a private gallery for that individual and their images are uploaded to the gallery as we shoot. As soon as their mini-session ends, they have access to their images and can choose their favourite image for retouching. If they do not want retouching, they can download the images right from their private gallery!
How long does it take to get everyone's images to them?
The unretouched images will be delivered instantly, and retouched images will be delivered within 48 hours of the cut off. We generally advise putting a 24 hour cut off in place for selecting retouched images.
