Parna Recruitment is an independent talent agency specialising in sourcing talent across the VAPE, FMCG, medical, sales and marketing sectors. Their offices are located on Bennetts Hill in the centre of Birmingham. The business was undergoing a rebrand, and they wanted to showcase their team in the best possible way while adding an engaging element to their website.

We captured the base images of each person in Parna’s offices. A simple set up was required and there was no need for a backdrop as the images were going to be cut out- a plain wall sufficed! Through the session, we directed each team member to get the most varied set of images as possible. This makes for better results in the final animated images.
We mocked up several different styles of background, and in the end Parna decided to use some shapes and colours taken from their brand book. In each person’s animation, the background shapes slightly differ in position- this keeps things from looking to samey on their meet the team page. As well as the animated files, we also provided Parna with a static frame so that they could use an ‘animate on hover’ effect on their website.
