Networking Event Headshots at Braze’s Shoreditch HQ

It is a customer engagement platform used by businesses for multichannel marketing, empowering marketers to creatively engage with customers in real time across multiple channels—all from one platform. As a part of Black History Month, the business had organised an event for young black entrepreneurs at its London HQ in Shoreditch. The event included guest speakers and had a number of vendors offering services such as LinkedIn profile reviews. A large part of the event was focussed on how LinkedIn can help young business owners, and everyone in general, network and promote their services. Braze decided that a great addition to this event would be a professional headshot booth, where guests could have get a free, professionally shot LinkedIn headshot.
On the day of the event, James and Donna arrived early to set up. Headshot booths don’t take up much room at all, and we positioned ourselves in the corner of the room where the event was taking place. Within an hour we were set up and ready to go- seeing as we were ready early, we invited Braze’s own staff to come over to get a new headshot!
As each person came to us, they were asked to scan a QR code to register for their headshot. As we shot their images, the headshots were instantly uploaded to a private gallery where the attendee could view and download their images right away- no waiting for us to send them at a later date! Guests also had the option to purchase additional retouching.
We hired The Headshot Company for a professional networking event, and they were the epitome of professionalism. James & Donna ensured every detail was sorted beforehand, and on the day, they arrived promptly and worked diligently for hours. The headshots turned out beautifully, and even the morning after the event, I’m already seeing new LinkedIn photos! Excellent service - we'll definitely book them again for future events.
