Headshot Company recently partnered with Urbanest, a leading provider of student accommodation, to deliver a comprehensive suite of professional imagery. The results were a set of versatile staff headshots of their leadership team and a library of situational corporate lifestyle images.

Our team visited the Urbanest offices in Covent Garden, London, where we embarked on a unique project that went beyond standard portraits. We provided versatile company headshots for their senior team, alongside a rich library of authentic corporate lifestyle images, ensuring Urbanest’s visual assets truly reflect their innovative brand.

Our primary objective was to provide Urbanest’s senior team with versatile company headshots that could serve multiple purposes across their branding and marketing efforts. We photographed each individual against a consistent, professional background, but our post-production expertise allowed us to generate three distinct styles from these initial captures:

1. Standard Professional: The classic, polished headshot against the original backdrop, perfect for traditional ‘Meet the Team’ pages and formal profiles.
2. Branded Creative: Leveraging Urbanest’s vibrant branding, we skillfully integrated specific brand colours or graphic elements into the background, creating a dynamic and uniquely ‘Urbanest’ look for each portrait. These work great in email signatures.
3. Environmental Plate Shot: To ground the team within the Urbanest physical presence, we expertly composited the headshots into ‘plate’ images captured within their modern offices. This allowed for authentic, environmental portraits showcasing the team within their actual workspace, without the inconsistency associated with shooting live environmental headshots.
