We recently shot a series of images for Corby based West Recycling Ltd. The company were redesigning their website and required a set of pictures to be used on the new site. The brief from the designers was to create images with a dark, cinematic feel.
West Recycling are a family run business.
The images were all shot at the company’s premises in Corby, Northamptonshire. We were hoping for an overcast day and that was exactly what we got!
The photographs were lit with a single studio strobe, powered with a battery pack.
Once we had shot what we needed outside, we moved into the sorting plant and shot some pictures around the machinery.
A cinematic style picture, featuring the current Managing Director of the company and his son, who will be taking over the business.
