Capturing Culture: Corporate Lifestyle Photography for UNICEF UK
Headshot Company recently partnered with UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s organisation, to deliver a comprehensive corporate lifestyle photography project. Conducted at their impressive headquarters on Westfield Avenue in Stratford, London, overlooking the city skyline, the shoot focused on capturing authentic and engaging visuals specifically designed to populate UNICEF’s website careers pages.

James and Donna could not have been more helpful, both with the pre-shoot planning, post-shoot edit process, and of course, the during the shoot itself.
Over a focused two-hour shoot, we photographed various scenarios using volunteers from within the UNICEF offices. Their impressive HQ provided a stunning backdrop, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering abundant natural light. We utilised this natural light wherever possible, which allowed the shoot to move quickly and maintained an organic feel, crucial for authentic corporate lifestyle imagery. For shots where a bit more light was needed or to subtly lift shadows, we used a strobe through a large softbox to provide a soft, natural-looking fill. This minimal and considered lighting approach is central to our philosophy for corporate lifestyle photography, ensuring the images feel genuine and not too ‘produced’.
