How easy is this to organise?
Very easy! All we need is a space to set up, two power sockets and wifi access and we take care of the rest! We have a variety of different set ups, and can work with almost any stand size.
If your space allows for it, we recommend also looking at queue barriers, as it helps keep the crowd organised during the show and makes it easier for you to have conversations with queuing delegates.
How much stand space is required?
Our minimum footprint is around 3x2m. We are happy to consult with you prior to your event in regards to the best positioning. For trade shows and expos, it’s usually best if our ‘backdrop’ is built into part of your stand, but we have various types of backdrop if this is not possible and for smaller events.

What's the process?
The day prior to your expo, our team will set up your expo headshot booth and test everything. We have worked at most venues in the UK and Northern Europe so are well aware of the unique challenges and requirements of each venue.
Once the event is live, as people come for their complimentary headshot, they are asked to scan a QR code and fill in their details so that they can receive their headshots via email. Registration is quick and simple. The data captured over the course of your event is of course shared with you afterwards in the form of a spreadsheet. A Headshot Company assistant is included as standard and they will help drive traffic to the headshot booth, assist guests with registration and manage the queue. Our master photographer will direct each guest through their mini headshot session and they will instantly receive all of their images via email in a private gallery. As standard, each guest is able to select one image for professional retouching. We usually recommend a cut off of 24 hours post event, advising all guests to make their retouch selection before then. Retouched images are delivered 48 hours post-event. We are capable of photographing 500 guests per day.
What's included?
As standard, we include an award-winning, master headshot photographer who will direct your guests through their headshot experience and a Headshot Company assistant to help with registration and queue management. Also included is seamless setup and breakdown a day prior to the event, data capture, instant image delivery and each guest can choose one image for professional retouching. We supply you with the captured data at the end of the event (or at the end of each day if you prefer) and distribute the retouched images to each guest individually after the event. You also have the option to add on a range of customisation options. Please note that we require two power sockets close to where we are shooting and WiFi access.

Speed is key at trade shows so that you can capture as much data and engage with as many people as possible. We are capable of shooting 500 people per day comfortably. That’s a lot of leads and a lot of conversations!
