Organising headshots should be straightforward—for the person planning the shoot and everyone stepping in front of the camera. That’s why we’ve developed Headshot Live, our own headshot delivery platform for staff shoots, conferences and events.

Built around more than two decades of photographic experience and photographing over 100,000 people across Europe, Headshot Live brings registration, private galleries and retouch selection together in one simple experience.

From QR code to private gallery

Guests scan a QR code, register their details and have their headshots taken. Their images appear in a private gallery, ready to view on their phone, download and choose their favourites for retouching—all while we’re still on site.

Each person receives their own gallery link by email, so they can return to their images after the shoot.

For organisers, it means less administration. There’s no need to distribute individual proof galleries or collect everyone’s image selections yourself. We take care of the process, leaving your team free to enjoy the experience.

Headshot Live in action at Braze

We introduced Headshot Live at Braze’s offices in the City of London, photographing guests at a networking event celebrating Black History Month.

Braze has worked with Headshot Company for three years, making this a particularly good opportunity to hear how the new platform compared with previous events.
