Each location brings its own quirks, from battling reflections off skyscrapers to finding just the right angle to catch the natural light bouncing off a historic brick wall. Take, for instance, our recent work with Chelsea Football Club and Three UK at the iconic Stamford Bridge. The #WeSeeYou Network event needed headshots that matched the prestige of the venue. Setting up right in the stands, we had to balance glorious sunshine with the natural shade, which is where a bit of technical wizardry comes in handy. We used a technique called High-Speed Sync (HSS) to perfectly balance our studio strobes with the bright background, creating those sharp, vibrant images you see. It meant no fiddly filters and guaranteed every attendee looked fantastic, right there in the home of Chelsea FC. The buzz generated by our booth was incredible, with staff and attendees alike queuing up for their professional new look.
