Staff Headshots For Bechtle Northampton

Headshot Company was recently commissioned to photograph the team at Bechtle’s Northampton office. Bechtle is a multinational technology company with a business model combining IT services with the direct sale of hardware and software products, as well as the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure for industrial customers and public-sector clients.

Bechtle has previously taken employee headshots of their team at their Chippenham office, in front of a living wall. The challenge we faced was that Bechtle understandably wanted their images to look consistent across the UK and their Northampton office did not have a suitably sized living wall. Our solution was to capture a high resolution image of the Chippenham live wall and produce a photography backdrop with a high res print of the wall on it.

Working in partnership with Kate Backdrops we were able to have a 5×7′ backdrop printed and shipped to us in time for the first day of shooting.

The employee headshots were taken on four separate days over the course of one month. This meant we had to ensure the set up was exactly the same from one day to the next (it was taken down after each day of shooting). The images were edited on-site so at the end of each day, the finished, ready to use images were left with the marketing team at Bechtle.
