Headshot Company recently partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver a headshot booth at Crowdstrike’s first European conference, Fal.Con Europe, in Amsterdam. Over 1500 guests were able to get complimentary professional headshots taken and delivered to them instantly at the event.
Fal.Con is an annual cyber security conference where the greatest minds in the industry come together to transform business, collaborate on the most pressing security issues today and build a safer future. This was Crowdstrike’s first European conference and was attended by over 1500 people. The event took place at the RAI in Amsterdam over two days.
In the run up to the event, we worked alongside Amazon’s events partner, Principal Global Events, to plan details such as the stand layout, decide where power would be needed and where we could position the lighting. We also set up custom sign up forms and galleries which included AWS branding.

So what’s included with our conference headshot booths? As standard, we include an award-winning, master headshot photographer who will direct your guests through their headshot experience and a Headshot Company assistant to help with registration and queue management. Also included is seamless setup and breakdown a day prior to the event, data capture, instant image delivery and each guest can choose one image for professional retouching. We supply you with the captured data at the end of the event (or at the end of each day if you prefer) and distribute the retouched images to each guest individually after the event. You also have the option to add on a range of customisation options. Please note that we require two power sockets close to where we are shooting and WiFi access.
