Headshot Company was recently commissioned to photograph the team at Weatherbys Wellingborough office. Weatherbys is a family firm which for more than 250 years has provided British horse racing with its central administration and maintained the founding register of racehorse breeding.
Weatherbys had not previously taken staff photographs, so prior to the first day of shooting, we worked with Adam Cockings, who oversees internal comms at Weatherbys, to plan a style of photography that would firstly stand the test of time and also reflect the brand in a suitable light.
The employee headshots were taken over two consecutive days in Weatherbys conference room. The large amound of space allowed us to use a large set up, meaning we were able to be flexible with each subjects’ positioning while maintaining the same light quality from person to person.
