Headshot Company recently partnered with Kaltura to deliver a headshot booth at Event Tech Live at the ExCel in London. Thousands of guests were able to get complimentary professional headshots taken and delivered to them instantly at the event.
Event Tech Live is the number one globally recognised event bringing event professionals, thought leaders, leading event tech companies and startups together twice a year in Las Vegas and London. Kaltura, who have been attending Event Tech Live for several years, wanted to maximise their presence and capture as much data as possible. What better way than with a headshot booth!
In the run up to the event, we worked closely with the team at Kaltura to plan our positioning in their stand. They had opted for a number of add ons, such as customised sign up forms and private galleries to enhance their brand exposure, as well as instant delivery and auto retouch to ensure that the experience and images their visitors received was exceptional.

This was our first booth activation where we were able to instantly deliver retouched images. As far as we know, this was a world-first! Up until this point, instantly delivered images simply received basic contrast and colour correction, but we are now able to send them out with other effects, such as softened skin- which made this headshot booth even more popular than usual!

Kaltura hired James and Donna as a headshot photography-based stand activation at the recent Event Tech LIVE 2024 event. The headshots were excellent quality, and a very slick and efficient process was delivered instantly to the client. Aside from the quality of the product I also great appreciated the warm and welcoming approach they offered every single stand visitor. So what’s included with our expo headshot booths? As standard, we include an award-winning photographer (James), an assistant to organise the queue and drive traffic (usually Donna), portable studio set up/breakdown and data capture. We supply you with the captured data at the end of the event (or at the end of each day if you prefer) and distribute the images to each guest individually after the event. You also have the option to add on custom signup forms, branded galleries, instant delivery, automatic retouching, a live feed monitor and additional team members who will drive traffic to the booth.
