In today’s digital world, it’s more important than ever for companies to have a strong online presence. One way to improve your website is to include photographs of your staff. This may seem like a small thing, but it can actually have a big impact on your visitors.

Here are just a few reasons why companies should have photographs of their staff on their websites:

It makes your company more relatable.

People want to do business with other people, not faceless corporations. Seeing the faces of the people who work at your company can help visitors feel more connected to your brand and more comfortable reaching out to you. It makes your business more approachable, and can also help with building your social media audience if you add links to your employees LinkedIn profiles for example.
