Headshot Company recently partnered with Uniphore to provide an instant delivery headshot booth on their stand at the Call & Contact Centre Expo at ExCel London.
The expo showcases the latest and most effective technologies, strategies, and advancements for call and contact centre professionals and those in leadership roles, general management, customer experience, learning and development, IT, and operations, who are looking to excel in customer engagement. Uniphore, who are one of North America’s fastest growing companies, specialise in conversational AI and wanted to draw a crowd to their stand, generate leads and demo their software to as many people as possible, all while providing visitors to their stand with a memorable experience and useful giveaway.
Prior to the event, we worked closely with Uniphore’s events team to ensure that the booth delivered maximum results. As standard, our expo headshot booths include everything required equipment-wise, a photographer, a Headshot Company assistant and data capture (no need for a badge scanner!). Uniphore wanted to give visitors to their stand the ultimate headshot experience, so they opted to also implement our auto retouch and instant delivery options. They also chose to customise the sign up forms and private galleries to include their branding and key messaging. Also on the booth, was a live feed monitor so guests could see how the shots were turning out right away. This is a super useful add on for those having their headshots taken and it can speed up the process- meaning we can shoot more people!
